"I tried to buy the shelf from your site based on the serial number of my fridge and the picture on your site. i received something quite different which i havent taken out of the wrapping because i did not order it. i have since been told that the part is no longer available and this is a replacement for what i ordered. 1. it would have been polite to say the least to inform me about the replacement shelf instead of opening the box to find something i did not order. 2. i have not been told if i should break the seal of the part n try it (in case it needs to be returned i have not opened it) 3. its almost 2 weeks since i ordered the part and i still have not been told what i can do. 4. i am certainly not impressed that no one has been able to lift a phone to call me. fitted the new cup into the handle part"
