"Remove hopper and upper grind ring assembly remove screws holding top plate of assembly protecting rotor burr paddle and ground coffee channel. remove nut securing conical bur. remove burr taking care not to lose shims underneath remove paddle replace reverse disassemble. tolerances are quite fine so adjustments may have to be made with shims screw tightness etc to adjust grind to its pre repair calibration."

"Straightforward repair lining up the ac safety pressure switch was the slowest issue. place the switch body into the grinder before attempting to line up for fitting."

"Take off top burr and the nut with a 10mm spanner and the washers etc below - lay them out in a sensible order so that you can put them back in the correct order. youll also need to take off the plastic cover by undoing the 4 phillips screws. look around carefully for a small spring inside for the pressure switch. youll need to put that back and carefully pull the cover back on. id rather that than diy and i managed to do it. pressure switch didnt work first time so undid 4 screws and repositioned. jobs gives you a really good chance to clean out the grinder.i havent installed the spacer yet. i can see i will need it down the track."
