"Simply unscrew old nozzle and hand screw on new one. the old nozzle should have been easy to remove by hand but eventually used multi grips. this marked the old nozzle but was no problem because it was useless for anything. the new one only required screwing in by hand"

"Remove water jug door - 1 flat blade screw at the bottom remove plastic cover to the right of the water jug - 4 phillips head screws remove side stainless steel cover 2 phillips head screws on the bottom 1 torx bolt can be seen from the back of the machine the steam pump can be seen near the bottom remove copper expansion pipe at the top of the pump - open end spanner or pipe spanner cut cable ties on the plastic tubing - side cutters carefully remove plastic tubing remove the pump from its rubber mounting - note there is a slit in the mount to allow for the pump outlets. if the mounts are in good shape re-use them otherwise drill them out and rivet in the new ones. -reverse procedure to refit new pump"
